Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy allows you to exchange an item for a different size, subject to availability. Here's everything you need to know about our exchange process:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to initiate an exchange:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@kelin.in. They will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with further instructions.

Shipping the item:

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Processing time:

Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for exchange, we will process your request as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for the exchange to be processed.

Availability of replacement:

If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, we will offer you a refund or store credit as an alternative.

Exceptions:

Some items may not be eligible for exchange due to their nature. These include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable.
