●      The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact otherwise it will not be returned.

●      Returns are not applicable for products purchased on sale.

●      International orders are non-returnable. Any applicable custom duties, taxes, or import charges for international shipments are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return?

●       Go to Your Account – Log in to your account on our website.

●       Find Your Order – Navigate to Orders and select the order you want to cancel or return.

●       Request a Cancellation or Return – Click Request Cancellation (if the order hasn't shipped) or Request Return (if eligible).

●       Follow the Instructions – If approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email.

1. In case of incorrect or missing items, we may require a package unboxing video within 24 hours for verification.
2. Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup. If your pincode is non-serviceable, you will need to self-ship the product.
3. Refunds will be issued as store credit within 7-15 days after quality inspection.
4. Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders, while COD orders will receive store credit instead of a refund.

●      Do not hand over products to the delivery partner without a pickup slip or OTP confirmation.
