1. Return & Exchange Window
Within 10 days of delivery, returns and size exchanges are accepted.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with their packaging intact and original tags still attached.
Your request will be handled in 5–7 working days after we receive and examine the product.
2. Easy Size Exchange
We understand how important the right fit is.
Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
You can choose store credit if the size you want isn't available.
3. Refund Options
Customers can select from the following options for eligible returns:
Refund to original payment method
OR
Store credit (valid for 6 months)
Refund timelines:
Online payments: 5–7 business days after approval
COD orders: Refund via store credit.
4. Sale Items
The products that are purchased during sale or promotional events are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds are not eligible on discounted purchases.
5. International Orders
Currently, we do not offer reverse pickups for international orders.
International purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
Any customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
6. Partial COD Policy
For Cash on Delivery orders:
To confirm your order, you might need to pay a partial advance.
The advance payment is not refundable if the order is canceled after it has been shipped or refused upon delivery.
This policy helps us reduce waste and ensure responsible order fulfillment.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will gladly arrange a pickup for you. If your pincode falls under a non-serviceable area, we’ll request you to self-ship the product, and our team will guide you through the process.
