Eligibility
An item qualifies for return only if it is:

Unworn, unwashed and unused, in the same condition you received it

Accompanied by the order ID or invoice
Items that fail our quality check will be sent back to you.
Refunds: Store Credit Only
All approved returns are refunded as Kelin Store Credit only, for both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. We do not issue refunds to bank accounts, UPI, cards or the original payment method.

Store credit equals the product value paid [shipping charges are non-refundable].

Store credit never expires. Use it on kelin.in anytime.

Credit is added to your account within [3–5] business days after the returned item passes quality check.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement.
