●      International orders are non-returnable. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international shipments are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable.

Partial COD

• Partial advance is non-refundable in case of order cancellation after dispatch or refusal at delivery.

2. Find the Return & Exchange Option
   Scroll down to the bottom of the homepage and click on the ‘Return & Exchange’ button in the footer.

3. Enter Your Order Details
   Enter your Order ID and your registered Email Address or Phone Number, then click ‘Next’.

4. Choose Return or Exchange
   You will see two options:
   – Return
   – Exchange
   Select the option based on your requirement.

5. Select the Product
   Your order details will appear. Select the product(s) you wish to return or exchange and click ‘Next’.

6. Select a Reason
   Choose the reason for return or exchange and fill in any additional required information.

7. Submit Your Request
   Review the details and click on ‘Submit Request’ to complete the process.

●       Follow the Instructions – If approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email.

1. In case of incorrect or missing items, we may require a package unboxing video within 24 hours for verification.
2. Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup. If your pincode is non-serviceable, you will need to self-ship the product.
3. Refunds will be issued as store credit within 7-15 days after quality inspection.
4. Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders, while COD orders will receive store credit instead of a refund.

●      Do not hand over products to the delivery partner without a pickup slip or OTP confirmation.
