Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with their packaging intact and original tags still attached.

2. Easy Size Exchange

Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

You can choose store credit if the size you want isn't available.

Please Note: Only one return or exchange request is permitted per order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, eligible refunds will be issued as store credit only. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, after deducting a ₹199 return handling fee from the refund amount.

3. Refund Options

Currently, we do not offer reverse pickups for international orders.
International purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

6. Partial COD Policy

For Cash on Delivery orders:

To confirm your order, you might need to pay a partial advance.

The advance payment is not refundable if the order is cancelled after it has been shipped or refused upon delivery.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will gladly arrange a pickup for you. If your pincode falls under a non-serviceable area, we’ll request that you self-ship the product, and our team will guide you through the process.
