You can return any eligible item within 7 days of delivery. All refunds are issued as Kelin Store Credit, which never expires.

Eligibility

An item qualifies for return only if it is:

• Unworn, unwashed and unused, in the same condition you received it

• With all original tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by the order ID or invoice

Items that fail our quality check will be sent back to you.

Refunds: Store Credit Only

All approved returns are refunded as Kelin Store Credit only, for both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. We do not issue refunds to bank accounts, UPI, cards or the original payment method.

• Store credit equals the product value paid [shipping charges are non-refundable].

• Store credit never expires. Use it on kelin.in anytime.

• Credit is added to your account within [3–5] business days after the returned item passes quality check.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement.

How to Raise a Return Request

Raise your request at  Returns & Exchanges Page or email info@kelin.in with your order ID.

1. Raise your request within 7 days of delivery.

2. We arrange a reverse pickup. In case of a non-serviceable area, you ship the item to our address.

3. Our team inspects the item.

4. Once approved, store credit is added to your account within 2 to 4 business days.
